As the founder and Managing Director of I’m Your P.A., Chele has spent years building a business centred on reliability, professionalism and genuine human support. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with practical problem solving has shaped the company’s reputation for delivering calm, organised support to hundreds of businesses.

In 2023, she expanded that vision by launching Truly Yours Agency, helping businesses implement CRM systems and automation that improve operations and communication. Now, in 2026, Chele and her co-director James are launching I’m Your V.A., bringing together their experience to create a dedicated team providing high-quality remote administration and operational support for growing businesses.

Known for her organisation, resilience and ability to keep teams motivated, Chele leads with a strong belief that businesses run best when systems are clear, people feel supported and standards remain high.

Outside of work, you will usually find her hiking across the countryside with her Cockapoos Rosie and Looby Loo, experimenting in the kitchen, or enjoying a well-earned glass of port with cheese.

As Co-Director and joint owner of I’m Your V.A., James plays a key role in ensuring the operational side of the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Known for his calm, practical approach and ability to get things organised without unnecessary fuss, he brings a steady hand to the systems and processes that keep the business moving forward.

James is also Co-Director of I’m Your P.A., having joined the company in 2000 and played an important role in its development over the years. His long-standing involvement in the business gives him a deep understanding of how strong systems, reliable processes and great people combine to deliver excellent service to clients.

Working closely with Chele, he now brings that experience to I’m Your V.A., helping build a business focused on structured remote administration and operational support for growing organisations.

Outside of work, James enjoys reading, supporting Tipton Town and exploring National Trust sites. While karaoke is not his thing, he is always happy to spend time tackling a good crossword.

His personal motto?

Cheryl has a natural talent for spotting the things others miss. With an instinct for detail and a pace that never compromises quality, she brings order, clarity, and calm to even the busiest of workloads.

Clients regularly comment on her speed and reliability, often thanking her for turning things around quicker than expected without ever cutting corners. It’s that rare combination of precision and pace that makes her such a valuable part of the team.

What Cheryl loves most is the variety. No two days look the same, and that suits her perfectly. Whether she’s deep in admin, organising processes, or quietly getting through a mountain of tasks with precision, she thrives on keeping things moving and getting things done properly.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her enjoying the small things, a peaceful river walk, a proper Sunday lunch, and time to switch off and recharge.

Her approach to both work and life is simple and grounded: stay positive, work hard, take feedback on board, and keep going.

Jenny brings a level of organisation that turns chaos into clarity. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for how things should look and run, she creates systems that not only work, but make sense.

Clients and colleagues alike describe her as thorough and fact-focused, someone who gets it right the first time and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. But what really sets Jenny apart is her people-first approach. She’s been described as the best team leader people have worked with, someone who helps others grow while always being there when it matters.

For Jenny, the work is about making a difference. Whether she’s bringing structure to a busy workload or taking pressure off someone’s shoulders, she’s driven by helping people feel more in control and at their best.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her building Lego, watching true crime documentaries, or in a light-hearted ongoing debate with her teenage son about who’s actually taller. (She’ll tell you it’s still her.)

Her outlook is simple and steady: everything happens for a reason, and there’s always a way forward.
