Michele Ibbs
Founder
Michele founded I'm Your P.A. in 2007, growing it into a 20-strong employed team supporting hundreds of businesses from its Midlands offices. Her background in nursing, sales and operational leadership shaped a business rooted in care, structure and commercial understanding.
James Cunnington
Co-Director
James joined I'm Your P.A. in 2020 and became co-director in January 2024. With experience in insurance and property management, he brings risk awareness, compliance expertise and disciplined process thinking.
While I'm Your P.A. operates with office-based teams, I'm Your V.A. was created to expand access to exceptional talent across the UK, without compromising standards. It is the remote evolution of a proven model.
